At Tec-NQ, we deliver nationally accredited qualifications through the provision of full-time apprentice training in construction, electrical, automotive, engineering, carpentry and plumbing.
As an accredited Registered Training Organisation, Tec-NQ is also a Skills Assure provider delivering funded training programs that are nationally recognised.
Townsville is also home to our senior school and Tec-NQ House, our boarding facility.

Visiting Townsville Campus
Your first visit to Townsville Campus can be overwhelming, especially with new surroundings and an often early arrival time. The below resources may assist to identify parking options and location of facilities.
Limited Parking is available onsite. Additional free overflow parking can be found a short 2 min walk behind Tec-NQ beside the JCU Veterinary & Biomedical Sciences buildings.
Training facility locations can be found on the below campus map. Upon arrival students are asked to present to reception for direction to their assigned training facilities. Should you arrive prior to reception opening, please head to the Student Services building.
COGS Cafe is open for food and refreshments from 8am-2pm on weekdays during school term time. Additional food outlets can be found a short walk or drive across the road at the Townsville Hospital Medilink complex.
