Activate Program

Earlier this year, Ben Maher (Founder and Executive Director) and Justin Hodges (General Manager of Wellbeing & Community and former rugby league player) from Full Spectrum Education visited TEC-NQ to deliver three engaging sessions as part of the ACTIVATE program, centred on the Earn the Right to Work framework.

During the sessions, students focused on building key employability skills, including maintaining strong attendance and punctuality, following workplace safety procedures, and demonstrating active learning, respectful behaviour, and personal responsibility.

The program gave students the opportunity to strengthen their confidence, character, and professional habits—preparing them to succeed both at school and in their future careers. We were proud to host this initiative and support our students on their journey to success!
